Valerie VanBooven-Whitsell brings practical knowledge and tons of experience to people dealing with the fragmented and sometimes confusing world of long-term care. The book is well organized and easy to read - and is a great resource for those families struggling to support their older loved ones. This should be required reading for Baby Boomers!

Valerie has taken her experience and knowledge and put it into a book that any individual can understand and put to good use. I think every Senior should have this book and it is an excellent gift for parents, grandparents, healthcare givers and children of Seniors. The list goes on and on. I plan to use this book with all of my clients as a Cash Flow Planner and loan officer for reverse mortgages. A great big Thank You to Valerie for taking the time from her very busy life to write such an important book.

This should be "required reading". Well done and in layman's language! It is never too early to start planning for your own golden years. A very helpful guide and resource. The message needs to get out to everyone.
